What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Execute high-volume outbound phone prospecting, approximately 90% of your day
\n
• Research and identify prospective customers for our clients
\n
• Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for client Account Executives
\n
• Work alongside high-growth companies and learn how they generate pipeline, win customers, and scale revenue
\n
• Build relationships with founders, sales leaders, and executives across dozens of high-growth companies
\n
• Collaborate with teammates to improve messaging, strategy, and outbound campaigns
\n
• Gain hands-on experience with AI-powered sales technology
\n
• Receive continuous coaching through call reviews, role playing, and feedback sessions
\n

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of professional experience
\n
• Must be located in Cleveland or willing to relocate
\n
• Ability to work from our downtown Cleveland office Monday through Friday
\n
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
\n
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls
\n
• Ability to prioritize and execute independently
\n
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
